Abstract
CFD technology can solve the governing equations of the fluid including flow,heat transfer,combustion,multiphase flow and chemical reactions,and it features a large amount of information,low cost,short period and high efficiency.However,FLUENT is a kind of CFD software with the most widely application and the greatest influence.Thus, this paper mainly introduces the application of software FLUENT in numerical simulation of the engine working process and describes particularly the specific operation steps.Based on the profound study,the paper proposes a method to simulate the engine working process.
