Abstract
The various models of textile industry cluster are firstly discussed, and the importance of cluster innovation networks was drawn from the successful experience of cluster all over the world.The mechanism of formation and evolution of textile industry cluster has been analysed from the aspects of formal economic networks and informal social networks. At last, according to the trend of globalization, a suggestion that cluster innovation networks should meet into the global value chain is put farward.
