A Study on Innovational Organization of Industrial Cluster

Abstract

The cluster's lasting innovation is an important source of competitive advantage of textile industry agglomeration of Shaoxin in Zhejiang. This paper aims to make suggestions on the cluster's innovation research in many aspects: Cluster's innovation is a source of clustering core competence of local industry; Cluster's firms should become not only learning organizations but also innovational organizations; Local firms should operate innovation in industry agglomeration, so that local cluster achieves international competitiveness in the context of globalization.
