Abstract

This paper is based on the Industry Cluster theory,and put forward that the innovation network is an internal characteristic of Industry Cluster.The High-tech industry cluster is very different from traditional industry cluster.The High-tech industry cluster mainly depends on its innovation network.The is one of the focuses in the high-tech industries' competition in the future.
