Abstract
Objective To explore the drug resistance of Huizhou Region neisseria gonorrhoeae for tetracycline and ciprofloxacin and penicillin, spectinomycin and ceftriaxone. Methods The neisseria gonorrhoeae for minimal inhibitory concentration of 5 kinds of antibiotics was detected by AGAR dilution method.The penicillin neisseria gonorrhoeae enzyme production strains was detected by pieces of paper acidity method. Results 118 strains of neisseria gonorrhoeae to tetracycline,penicillin,and ciprofloxacin resistance were 77.97% (92/118),73.73% (87/118) and 39.83% (47/118);The final concentration of antimicrobial drugs:penicillin was 0. 125 to 8 mg/L,tetracycline was 0.25 to 16 mg/L, ciprofloxacin was 0.03 to 2 mg/L,spectinomycin was 4 to 64 mg/L,ceftriaxone was 0.002 to 1 mg/L.4 strains with resistance to ceftriaxone drug-resistant strains,as well as resistance to tetracycline,penicillin and ciprofloxacin had the effect of resistance. Conclusion The resistant rate of neisseria gonorrhoeae to tetracycline and ciprofloxacin and penicillin is higher;Ceftriaxone and spectinomycin sensitive,considered as the first choice drug in the clinical treatment of gonorrhea.
