Curative Effects of Nimodipine on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage with Secondary Ventricular Hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of Nimodipine on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and secondary ventricular hemorrhage.Methods Patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into Nimodipine treatment group and conventional control group.The treatment group was given Nimodipine injection in 48h on the basis of general therapy.Results The total effective rate of treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and secondary ventricular hemorrhage was 82.2% in Nimodipine treatment group and more effective than 48.9% in control group.The death rate was 6.67% in treatment group and much lower than 22.2% in control group.The rate of side effect is 4.4% and symptom is minimal.Conclusions Nimodipine can facilitate death rate,deformity rate and side effect of cerebral hemorrhage patients.It is cheap and has high safety and curative effect.
