Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction processes for ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Methods:By determining ferulic acid(FA) in the extracted solution,the extraction processes of FA with water and alcohol were studied respectively, and the latter process was optimized with orthogonal design.Results and Conclusion:The extraction processes of FA with alcohol was prefer to that with water;the optimum extraction processes was adding 8 times amount of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for two times,1.5 hour each time.
