Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the decoction technology of Yangxinfang decoction.METHODS:The decoction techno-logy of Yangxinfang decoction was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment with the content of astragaloside as index and with decoction time,the quantity of added water,immersion time as factors.RESULTS:On the impact of extraction astragaloside order:decoction timesoaking timethe quantity of added water.The best extraction process is to extract herb with 4 times of water,immerse for 60 min,decoct for 60 min.CONCLUSION:The method is stable,practical and feasible for the industrial preparation of Yangxinfang decoction in primary hospital.
