Abstract

Objective: To optimize the modern decoction process of Guizhi Decoction. Method: Modern decocting apparatus and orthogonal design of L9( 34) were used to optimize the modern decoction technology of Guizhi Decoction with the soaking time,decoction time and decoction temperature as factors,with extract rate,the content of Paeoniflorin and Cinnamaldehyde as indexes to comprehensive score. Result: The optimal decoction technology was soaking 30 minutes,decocting30 minutes at the temperature of 120℃. Conclusion: The optimized modern decoction method was simple,stable,feasible and reproducible and can provide a reference for improving the quality control of Guizhi Decoction.
