Equality in Education for Ethnic Minorities and Educational Policy Alternative of the Government

The state,as the main policy-making body for education,should follow the principle of equality in selecting educational policies from the beginning to the end.In order to solve the problem of inequality in education for ethnic minorities,priority in distribution of educational resources should be arranged in a rational way;priority in resources investment should be given to the development of compulsory education in ethnic regions; enrollment opportunities for compulsory education of ethnic minorities should be further increased according to the principle of treating differently but with equality;and a lifelong education system for the whole people should be built up as the final goal of realizing equality in ethnic education based on a perfect policy system.
