Suggestions on Making Education Law for Ethnic Minorities

Making Education Law for Ethnic Minorities is the need to solve problems in the development of ethnic minorities and optimize legal system of ethnic education in China.Through years' exploration after the founding of the New China,legislative experience and theories of our country have provided feasibility for making Education Law for Ethnic Minorities.On this basis,the government should make the law by using other countries' experience as reference and set up a legal system for ethnic education including legislative principle and specific content to promote a leapfrog development in ethnic education.
