A Study on The Admission Policy of College Entrance Examination for Ethnic Minorities in China from the Perspective of Cultural Analysis

The preferential policy of College Entrance Examination for Ethnic Minorities in China is an important measure taken by the state to improve the educational development level of ethnic minorities and promote the healthy development of higher education of ethnic minorities. It is committed to promoting the economic, cultural and social development of ethnic minorities with educational equality as its value orientation. The purpose of this study is to deepen the theoretical system of the national ethnic education policy and promote the implementation and improvement of the policy. This paper makes statistics on the implementation of this policy. Based on the logic of cultural analysis framework, this paper analyzes the practical challenges faced by the policy from three aspects: value orientation, cultural environment and cognition. This paper try to improve the policy from the two aspects of the social values and operating mechanism.
