Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between coronary heart disease and B-Type natriuretic peptide(BNP),fibrinogen(FIB).Methods 164 cases with coronary artery disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into three groups according to the clinical type,20 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP),64 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP),80 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and another 20 healthy cases were selected as the control group.Resting fasting venous blood measurements of BNP,FIB were tested within 6-24 h of the onset and compared.Judkins method was adopted to assess the severity of coronary lesions, and Gensini score system was used to measure the severity of coronary lesions, and correlation analysis of BNP and FIB was done. Results BNP,FIB of AMI group,UAP group, and SAP group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Among the three group:single-vessel disease group,two-vessel disease,three-vessel disease group divided by leasion count, the differences in FIB level was statistically significant(P0.05).Merger disease group BNP levels had statistically significant difference(P0.05).Among groups by coronary heart disease clinical classification,Gensini score and BNP,FIB showed no correlation(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of FIB and BNP were correlated with the clinical classification of coronary heart disease, while no obvious correlation between BNP and coronary lesions count was observed.
