Abstract

The development of socialist market economy has diversified the forest property right.The change of forest property right demands the reform of forest resources management.This article analyses the status quo of forest property right of Yingtan City,expatiates the influence of different forest property right structure on the forest resources management,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and measures.
