Study on Property Right System of Forest Resources in China

For a long time,the property right system of forest resources has faced many difficulties in china,such as the property right of public forest has been abused by different administrative departments and the property right of economic forest has been limited by mistake.Based on the above problems,this paper proposed classified-business mechanism with the property right management of forest resource,in which the public forest will be managed by administrative power separately and the economic forest will be managed by market,to realize the harmonious property right system of forest resource in China.
