Abstract
The theory of new institutional economics was applied to making an analysis and study of the existing transaction mode of sports property fights and the trend of its future development in China.It considers that the current administrative transaction mode of sports property rights and one-to-one transaction mode have been difficult to fit in with the requirements of making sports market be further developed in the socialist market economy,the transaction mode of sports property rights will be evolved in the direction of concentrated transaction,and the utilization of the existing property fights exchanges is a feasible path to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights.
