Classifications and Transaction of Sports Property Rights in China

Abstract

This paper carries on the classification of sports property rights from ecomomics perspectitive in our country,namely sports visible property right,sports invisible property right and sports human capital.It also analyzes the present situation and problems in the transaction of sports property rights,considering that nowadays the scale expands,the types and transaction ways keep increasing,while the transaction has institutional barrier of management and lacks efficient transaction platform,and transaction expense is comparatively high.At last,the paper puts forwards proposals of establishing a transaction platform under government's leadership to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights.
