Take advantage of Property Rights Exchanges to Realize the Concentrated Transaction of Sports Property Rights

Taking transaction approach of sports property rights as the object of study,this paper analyzes the transaction approaches of sports property rights presently and their disadvantages,moreover,the necessity,feasibility and superiority to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights by taking advantage of the Property Rights Exchanges.The authors think that,on one hand,it is a inevitable and essential request for the development of socialist market economy and sports industry to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights.With the advantage of Property Rights Exchanges,it is feasible to develop a separate part for the transaction of sports property rights. on the other hand,there are many difficulties in realizing the concentrated transaction of sports property rights.Accordingly,to realize the concentrated transactions of the sports property rights,the further clearing of sports propertyrights is needed,and so is the development of assets assessment of sports property rights.
