The Knowledge-sharing Factors and Empirical Study in Knowledge Alliance

Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics in the knowledge alliance,this text expounded the principle of formation of the knowledge alliance in the first.On this basis,the author uses Game Theory to make the knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance done quantitative analysis.In addition,through the characteristics of the knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance,the author makes influencing factors of knowledge alliance done qualitative analysis from angles of environment,organization,knowledge and individual,between which I constructs the model.Finally,to the Changchun Wit Company and foreign enterprise ADLES as an example of the Knowledge Alliance,the writer makes the former impact factors of knowledge-sharing in knowledge alliance done an empirical study.
