Abstract
Enterprise technology alliance is established on the combination of knowledge resource between enterprises.It believes that knowledge is key resource on which alliance to gain excess profit.In this paper,knowledge characteristics of alliance is analyzed to indicate the differences and relationship between enterprise technology alliance and other kinds of alliance,and the relationship among knowledge characteristic,knowledge obtain approaches and alliance forms.
