In the era of knowledge economy,there are few organizations can have all the knowledge that organizational development requires,so to acquire needed knowledge through knowledge alliance has become a trend.There are a number of factors affecting knowledge sharing among knowledge alliances members with knowledge characteristics one of the important factors.Based on previous studies,the paper illustrates the main knowledge characteristics of alliance member and influence on knowledge sharing among knowledge alliances members,and puts forward the corresponding propositions.
