Clinical Analysis of 80 Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis Treated with Artificial Liver (Plasma Exchange)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Plasma Exchange for chronic severe hepatitis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic severe hepatitis treated with Plasma Exchange using same volume of freeze plasma in addition to the comprehensive treatment.Results:Serum cholinesterase of all patients were increased significantly(P001),while the serum bilirubin,ALT,PT were decreased(P001)than that before treatment.Total death rate was 4125%.Conclusions:The plasma exchange is one kind of effective artificial liver support regime,possess affirmative and dependable effect of support and treat the patients with chronic severe hepatitis.More earler utilize,more the better curative effect obtained.Both the correct opportunity and patients selection may be are key factors to improve the curative rate.
