Clinical Observation on 30 Patients with Severe Hepatitis in the Treatment of Plasma Exchange

Objective To know the survival rate of artificial liver plasma exchange in the treatment of hepatitis.Methods 30 patients with severe hepatitis were treated for 95 case-times combined with plasma exchange based on medical treatment and choose other 30 patients with severe hepatitis as a comparison with medical treatment.The two groups were both accepted promoting stem cells growth factor,glutathione and human albumin as medical comprehensive treatment.Results After the treatment by plasma exchange the survival rate of 30 patients with severe hepatitis is 63.33%(19/30),while that of the control group is only 30%(9/30).Conclusion Plasma exchange is an effective method for severe hepatitis.
