Therapeutic effect of compound auriculate swallowwort root granules on chronic atrophic gastritis of rats

Abstract
[Objective]To discuss the therapeutic effect of compound auriculate swallowwort root granules(CASG) on chronic atrophic gastritis of rats.[Methods]The chronic atrophic gastritis rat model was made with intragastric administration of 15 % 55℃ salt water.After the treatment of CASG,histological changes of gastric mucous membrane of each group were observed. [Results]After the treatment,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of gastric mucous membrane and the damage index of gastric mucous membrane decreased significantly compared with the model control group(P0.01 or 0.05). [Conclusion] CASG has therapeutic effect on the changes of gastric mucous membrane in chronic atrophic gastritis patients.
