Abstract
Aim:To study the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin calcium for treating acute cerebral infarction and the improvement of cranioncerebral CT and hemorrheology.Methods:63 cases of treatment group and 63 cases of control group were both treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza (250 mL, iv) necessary dehydration agent, cerebral protective and other treatment measures, and the low molecular weight beparin calcium 2500 antibody Ⅹa(IU) was subcutaneously injected (b.i.d) to the cases of treatment group, and a course of treatment was 10 days. The score of neurological performance, cranioncerebral CT and hemodynamic change were observed before and after treatment. Results:The neurological acuity, cranioncerebral CT and hemodynamic change of cases of treatment group were apparently better than those of control group. Conclusion:the earlier treatment of acute cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin calcium on patients is safe and efficient
