The Clinical Observation of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of 56 Cases with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 2005-2~2008-4 112 eligible patients withacute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and basic treatment,and control group received basic treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.3%,and the total effective rate of Control group was 75.0%,χ2=3.896,P0.05,and there were significant differences between the two groups.PT, APTT, BT and CT in treatment group before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was effective and relatively safe.
