Thinks on Laws of Controlling Desertification in China

Abstract
Analyzed the serious situation of land desertification in China,and in this paper the author put forward desertification is one of the most severe ecological problem in China,and man's unsuitable economic action is the main factor which caused desertification expansion continuously.It is emphasized that we must norm the man's economic activities through the legal means,carry through the law of prevention and controlling desertification.In addition,how to prevent and control sand desertification from the angle of law is discussed.
