Abstract

Abstrcat This paper makes a study on the orientation and college-running characteristics for Higher Vocational Education under the new circumstances. Meanwhile it points out that to meet the social needs, guide the local cultural trend and become the learning center for the society are the new orientation for Higher Vocational Colleges. Then, the paper probes into the definition and feature of college-running characteristic for Higher Vocational Education, its basic framework and work platform. Besides, it indicates that college-running characteristics should be of theoretical support, systematical practice and performance proof.
