Abstract
From the angle of the intrinsic connection between the construction of the enterprise culture and the ideological/political work, this paper expounds the consistency between the construction of the enterprise culture and the ideological/political work, and points out that the effective combination of the construction of the enterprise culture and the ideological/political work is the objective requirement of the development of the enterprise, and puts forward some measures for doing well the combination of the two things.
