Abstract
In light of the importance of ideological and political work on the development of the enterprise,the author discusses the way to well do such work on the workers in the construction enterprise,and points out that only effective and energetic ideological and political work can provide powerful spiritual dynamic and intellectual support for the healthy development of economic construction work in the enterprise and promote steady,healthy and rapid development of the enterprise.
