On Ideological and Political Work Incorporated into Enterprise Culture

This paper gives a brief analysis of the relationship between ideological and political work and enterprise culture.It,from a brand-new perspective,discusses the necessity to incorporate ideological and political work into enterprise culture.The author of the paper holds the view that between ideological and political work and enterprise culture there is the relationship of mutual infiltration.He also believes that incorporating the former into the latter will be able to guarantee the efficiency of enterprise management,as well as the advanced orientation of developing socialist enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics.
