Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of 16 slice CT perfusion imaging and angiography in the early stage of cerebral infarction.Methods 30 patients with ischemic stroke were selected,CT perfusion and CTA were performed using 16 slice CT,the CBF,CBV and MTT values of each ROI were compared,the stenosis of cerebral arteries were observed.Results 1.Compared with the contralateral control area,the CBF were lower and the MTT were longer in the Infarct area and penumbra(P0.05).The CBV and CBF in the Infarct area were lower than those in penumbra area,while the MTT were much longer(P 0.05).The rate of artery stenosis showed in CTA images were 80%,middle cerebral artery had the highest proportion.Conclusion 16-slice CT perfusion imaging and angiography Can provide valuable massage for the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction,Contribute to its early and appropriate treatment.
