Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT cerebral perfusion imaging(CTP)and CT angiography(CTA)of the brain in the early cerebral infarction. Methods Dual-source CT brain scan,CTP,and CTA were performed on 9patients in 24hours.Using the Dual-source CT perfusion software to determine regional cerebral blood flow(CBF),regional cerebral blood volume(CBV),time to peak(TTP),mean transit time(MTT)of the infarction zone and the normal controls.Select the arterial phase data in the perfusion data, load the INSPCAE software, perform cerebral artery CTA imaging, and analyse the degree of cerebral artery stenosis. Results 4of the 9patients show positive in plain CT scan, but the range and degree of focus are deferent in the clinical manifestation.9patients showed abnormal low perfusion zone, and CTA of the 9patients also showed various degrees of cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion. Conclusion CT per-fusion imaging(CTP)and CT angiography(CTA)of the brain can clearly define the location, range and whether there is ischemic penumbra in the early cerebral infarction, and they are also of great significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
