Michael Essien to Assist with Morphine for P.P.H Postoperative Analgesia Comparison

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with levobupivacaine used for epidural analgesia after the operation of P.P.H(procedure for pro1apse and hemorrhoids) and the compassion among untoward effects.Methods:100 patients who would accept P.P.H operation were randomly divided into two groups.Epidural post-operation analgesia pump dezocine group(Group A):0.5 mg/kg dezocine + ropivacaine + normal saline,100 ml in all.Morphine group(Group B):1 μg/kg Morphine + Ropivacaine + normal saline,100 ml in all.Calculate patients' visual analogue scale(VAS) and the incidence of untoward effects within 48 hours.Results:After observing VAS grades of two groups,there was no statistical significance(P0.05),while the incidence of untoward effects post-operation analgesia of dezocine group was obviously lower than that of Morphine group,so there was statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Dezocine combined with levobupivacaine used for epidural analgesia after the operation of P.P.H is obvious.And its untoward effects are less than the morphine combined with ropivacaine,so it will be more appropriate for the operation of P.P.H.
