Abstract
Objective To discuss curative effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets on children with Rotaviral Enteritis and its influence on serum cytokine. Methods A total of 68 cases of children with Rotaviral Enteritis were divided into observation group and control group. The children in control group were only given the medical treatment such like diet adjustment, anti-virus, fluid infusion, correction of electrolyte disturbances, acid-base imbalance and etc. The patients in observation group were additionally given bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets on the basis of the medical treatment in control group. Results The fever, vomiting and antidiarrheal times of children in observation group were much shorter than those in control group(P 0.05). After 3 days' medical treatment, clinical curative effect of children in observation group was much better than that in control group(χ2= 4.66, P0.05). Meanwhile, serum IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in plasma of children in two groups obviously were declined(P0.05 or P0.01), and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group before and after medical treatment(P 0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has reliable curative effect on children with Rotaviral Enteritis, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ.
