Application effect of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet(live) in enteral nutrition therapy in patients of acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the application effect of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live) in enteral nutrition therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 98 patients with acute pancreatitis from July 2011 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The conventional therapeutic measures for acute pancreatitis was given in two groups.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition on the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live) on the basis of the control group.The level of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and peripheral blood endotoxin(ET) after treatment in two groups was compared,as well as the time of symptoms and signs,the first time of exhaust and defecation,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was recorded. Results The level of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and ET in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P 0.05).The time of symptoms and signs,the first time of exhaust and defecation,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lowter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live) being added in the nutritional therapy of acute pancreatitis,not only can improve the clinical efficacy from a certain extent,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction due to conventional therapy,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
