Clinic Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Methycobal in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinic effect of Alprostadil combined with Methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:61 DPN patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Both groups were given the routine treatment,and the treatment group also received Alprostadil and Methycobal intravenous injection,the control group were also given complex Danshen Rootintervenous drop infusion.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Observed the motor and sensory conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve and subjective symptom before and after treatment,and compared the difference between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.1%,and it was 43.3% of control group.The nerve conduction velocity of treatment group was obviously faster than control group(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:It was an effect way of Alprostadil combined with Methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
