Clinical Analysis of Methycobal on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract

Objective To observate the clinical effect of methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 78 cases of such patients were divided into two groups. The control group (41 cases) was treated by ShuXuening injection. The observation group (37 cases) was treated by ShuXuening injection and methycobal. Results The obvious effectiverate of the control group was 19.5%,total effective rate was 73.2%. The obvious effective rate of the observation group was 45.9%,total total effective rate was 91.8%. There are significance difference between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Methycobal could be a kind of drug to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy effectively.
