Clinical Analysis on Alprostadil Combined with Mecobalamin for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of alprostadil combined with mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods]100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group(mecobalamine intramuscular injection) and treatment group(alprostadil intravenous drip on the basis of control group treatment).After 2 weeks,the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.[Results][Results]There was significant difference in the total effective rate of improving clinical symptoms between treatment group(90%) and control group(64%)(P0.01).The peripheral nerve conduction velocity in two groups all had improved,but that in treatment group was better than that in control group significantly(P0.05).[Conclusion][Conclusion]Alprostadil combined with mecobalamin can improve the curative effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy obviously.
