Clinical observation of circulation infarction vertigo treated by Yishen Dingxuan Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the treatment efficacy of Yishen Dingxuan Decoction on patients with posterior circulation ischemia.Methods:65 patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo,admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to June 2012,were randomly divided into treatment group(33 patients) and control group(32 patients);treatment group was treated by Yishen Dingxuan Decoction(per os).Control group was treated by Sodium Ozagrel(intravenous infusion).Observation of the vertigo symptom of the treatment group and the control group,and the general symptoms changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:①In two groups after the treatment of vertigo symptom comparison,the difference was significant (P0.01).②The comparison of overall symptom score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment was significant(P0.01,P0.05).③The comparison of the overall symptom score in the control group and the treatment group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment efficacy of Yishen Dingxuan Decoction in patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo is good.
