Study on Training System of Applied Accounting Professional Talents

Abstract

Under the background of higher education popularization,the training system of application-oriented accounting professional talents should be optimized continuously.We must clear the talent training target,explore and innovative the talents training mode,set up a perfect talent training plan.Then,we also should continue to strengthen the construction of school information feedback system on talent cultivation and performance evaluation,and according to the evaluation results adjust respectively talents training target or innovative talent training mode.Finally,we can realize the training system in benign and dynamic cycle.
