Exploration and Practice of Construction of Individualized Talents Training Program——Taking Nanjing Normal University as an Example

The talent training plan is a programmatic document of training talent of colleges and universities,to formulate the individualized talents training program in Colleges and universities is the trend to improve the quality of talents training by the talent training reform.The article summarized the problems long-term existed in talents training of our country universities,studied status and trends of abroad personnel training mode,and through the introduction of exploration and practice of individualized talents training plan Nanjing Normal University,that aimed to provides valuable reference for the reform of personalized mode of talent training and talent training plan in domestic universities.
