Effect comparsion of levofloxacin triple therapy with amoxicillin triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective The effect of levofloxacin triple therapy and amoxicillin triple therapy in peptic ulcer were analyzed.Methods Totally 150 patients with peptic ulcer admitted patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group were given levofloxacin triple therapy administered levofloxacin,omeprazole,furazolidone.The control group was given amoxicillin triple therapy administered amoxicillin,omeprazole,furazolidone.Results Efficacy for the observation group total efficiency of 91.5% in the control group,the total efficiency,compared to 88.3%,there is a statistically significant(P 0.05);On adverse events,the occurrence of adverse reactions of the observation group experimental group of adverse occurrence rate was 9.3%,12.8%,the diffenence not statistically significant,the price,the observation group medication than the experimental group more affordable.And intestinal fungus easy to become resistant to amoxicillin and levofloxacin sensitive.Conclusion Compared with amoxicillin triple therapy,levofloxacin triple therapy with better efficacy and less adverse reactions,the price is more affordable,is the best choice for amoxicillin-resistant patients.
