Comparative analysis of levofloxacin triple therapy and amoxicillin triple therapy for peptic ulcer

Objective The triple therapy with levofloxacin amoxicillin triple therapy was compared to verify that peptic ulcer were treated with them.Method This study selected 160 patients with peptic ulcer,these patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was experimental group,the other group was control group.For patients in the experimental group,we used levofloxacin triple therapy for treatment,then for the control group of patients with amoxicillin triple therapy treatment.Results Compared to the control group,the efficacy of levofloxacin triple therapy was better,the difference was statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05) ; while the ratio of incidence of adverse reactions,the difference was not statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05) .Conclusion In the clinical effect of the triple therapy with levofloxacin amoxicillin triple therapy is not very different,and both the rate of adverse events are relatively low,but if you want to economic factors into account,we should promote levofloxacin triple therapy.
