Abstract
Objective Explore diabetic cataract line phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation clinical effect.Methods To 52 cases(62 eyes) with the same period diabetic cataract 52 cases(60 eyes) of senile cataract do joint phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation clinical analysis and comparison.Results Diabetic cataract surgery,but the postoperative complications were actively correctly handle can be controlled,eyesight recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in the treatment of diabetes type of cataract is safe and effective.
