Abstract

This text according to the the RD internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologist and GDP of Fujian province in 2000-2004,and through the grey comparative analysis the relevant relationship between the economic growth and scientific and technological input.The conclusion is that: RD internal expenditure and the personnel input of scientists and technologist have a positive correlation with economic growth,and RD internal expenditure has a more significant role in promoting the economic growth.
