Grey Comparative Analysis on the Relationship between the Science and Technology Input and Economic Growth in Heilongjiang Province

This article,according to the RD internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists,local government science and technology appropriation and GDP of Heilongjiang province in 2002-2008,has a overall analysis on the relationship between the economics growth and scientific and technological input.There comes the conclusion that: RD internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists and local government science and technology appropriation have a positive correlation with economic growth,RD internal expenditure has a more significant role in promoting the economic growth,followed by the number of scientists,but the science and technology input has less significant role in promoting the economic growth.
