The Correlation Degree Analysis of the Relationship between the Science and Technology Input and Economic Growth in Qinghai Province

This article carries on the T's Correlation degree to analysis the relevant relationship between the scientific and technological input and economic growth in Qinghai province,according to the RD internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists,local government science and technology appropriation and GDP of Qinghai province in 2000-2007.The conclusion is that: RD internal expenditure,the personnel input of scientists and technologists and local government science and technology appropriation have a positive correlation with economic growth,but the Science and Technology Input have small significant role in promoting the economic growth.
