Abstract
It studies NC simulation system to combine with virtual manufacture technology. Based on the analysis of the key technology related to virtual machining system, it proposes a re-configurable virtual machining method. CNC machines can be configured by virtual parts and its relationship tree. It uses the voxel model to represent the stock. A virtual simulation system of CNC machining process (V-Machine) is developed by C++ and OpenGL. The practical application proves that the prove-out time for machine tools can be reduced dramatically by testing NC programs in this environment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
