Abstract
Virtual machining is a way to test the capability of CNC machine tool's virtual prototype.UG integrated simulation and verification was used to build the simulation model of a 3-axes CNC milling machine,the tool path and milling machine motion in the process of machining parts were simulated,and virtual machining was accomplished.This could forecast and evaluate the capability of the designed CNC machine tools,and it is helpful to perfect the design of machine tools.
